Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that there is a cancellation policy is in place. You can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

For any changes/cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time a 50% charge of treatment will be imposed.

If you fail to turn up for an appointment 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
