Not just your average facial
I am trained in Facial Reflexology and completed this training at the London School of Reflexology with Ziggie Bergman. Ziggie has many years of experience and has expectedly developed her craft using inspiration from around the world. She regularly features in the press promoting her holistic therapies and most recently appeared in Tatler, Harpers Bazaar and the Telegraph among others.
I am proud to have also completed Ziggie’s Zone Face Lift training which is the first integrated shamanic healing / facial reflexology facelifting concept which has been considered to take 10 years off in just a 12 week program. This wonderful treatment uses Gua Sha tools and lifting massage techniques to achieve amazing results and can be used as a standalone treatment or a complete program

Zone face lift skincare
The products I use specifically for Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift are unique and designed to promote incredible skin but have been carefully crafted using magical and medicinal properties from sacred plants used within Native American healing practices. They are formulated with therapeutic botanicals designed to cleanse and 'smudge' the aura of client and therapist.
