Yes, there could be. 

Obviously in the current climate if you are showing any signs of Covid-19, high temperature, sore throat, headache and shivers then please do not attend your appointment. Contact me and we will work to arrange another appointment for you. 

Any attendance whilst under the influence of drink or drugs will result in non treatment and there is a risk any deposit paid will be lost. 

Reflexology & Massage - If you have an unstable heart condition, thrombosis or any active blood clots I will be unable to treat you as these are total contraindications unfortunately. Also if you have had a Covid-19 vaccine within 72 prior to your appointment we would need to reschedule. 

Pregnancy Massage - I will be unable to treat you if you are suffering with unchecked abdominal pain / bleeding or Placental Abruption

Facials/Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift - If you have any of the following we will not be able to go ahead with your treatment, 

Viruses such as coldsores and warts, flu and colds

Bacterial infections such as impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis and styes

Fungal infections such as ringworm

Undiagnosed lumps and bumps

Broken bones 

Inflamed current conditions such as eczema, severe acne, psoriasis

Any facial fillers/botox within the last 3 weeks 

Facial surgeries - there needs to be a minimum 3 months healing time before treatment can commence

We would kindly ask you to read the following Contraindications before you consider booking yourself in for a consultation for a Dermalux LED treatment to avoid disappointment.

1. Epilepsy or Seizures

2. Cutaneous Porphyria

3. Lupus Erythematosus

4. Photosensitive Eczema

5. Hypomelanism (Albinism)

6. Active Cancers

7. Eye disease or Retinal abnormalities

8. Heart Condition

9. Diabetes

10. Pregnancy or Breast feeding

11. Light Induced Migraines 

Please note that there is a risk that a charge will be incurred if you come to a pre booked appointment with any of these concerns. 

Yes, sadly due to an increase in bookings being missed by clients, I am putting in a cancellation policy with immediate effect. 

You can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment time. 

For any changes/cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time a 50% charge of treatment will be imposed. 

If you fail to turn up for an appointment 100% of the treatment price will be charged.

I have a purpose built treatment room located in Alconbury Weald. I have off-street parking available which is free. 

I have heating and air conditioning, a fully electric treatment couch complete with an electric underblanket to ensure your comfort throughout treatment.

I can offer you a hot or cold drink during your time with me, I can charge your mobile devices but would ask for this to be on do not disturb so you can get the most from your treatment.

The Botanicals products no, these products are nut free, organic and are completely natural.

The Zone Face Lift Elixir does contain Macadamia Nut oil. 

I am passionate about womens health, from periods to fertility, pregnancy to menopause and all that is in between. I find the life journey of women fascinating so am devoting my practice to all things women! 

I do however treat couples when working with fertility.

I will aim to not see more than 4/5 clients in a day, this is to ensure that the treatment provided does not feel rushed and to ensure I give every client the best service.
